August 2009 Ballard Mother In Law Cottage ~ Built in their own back yard this lovely subfloor home is perfect for their elderly mother.  2 bedroom/1 bath with a nice porch. This little cutie features an apartment type washer and dryer and a window air conditioning unit.  It is designed to be moved at a later time in one piece. 


September 2007  JP CATTLE SPA SUITE featured a guest room upstairs and an awesome staircase crafted by Randy Martin, made from timbers left over from the build of the lodge and even some trees harvested from the property.  This space also features a dry heat sauna, a fully tiled steam shower, dressing room, bathroom/shower combination.  The sink was designed and made from salvaged lumber from the project.  This is all inside a massive red iron building used from storage on the Ranch.






Summer and Fall 2007 Lequire Highway House  On April 1 2007 our daughters home burned due to an electrical damage caused by the ice storm earlier that year.  And although this project was completed admid other projects and a rain delay of 45 days they were still moved in by Christmas.  The original home was torn down and the foundation removed, the house was backed up on the lot nearly 40 feet and the project included everything from a new septic system to a brand new house. 



 June 2006 Cariker Carriage House designed Garage
The project began with filling in the nearly 5 foot drop off from the existing basketball court to the foundation that would become the garage floor.  The Carikers wanted a match to their home set in such a way it would look and feel like this new 3 car garage had been there since the home was built.  Although our part of the project was completed in Sept of 2006 the final pieces of stone were placed in January of 2007.  Websters are fantastic stone artists and worth the wait!  This has the look and feel of a carriage house and not a modern garage equipped with air conditioning and a frig.
