Lequire HighWay House ~ replacing a burned down house, this project was a total build from

JP Cattle Suite ~ Inside a large metal barn, our customer wanted a spa retreat and guest room.
The lodge build left wonderful timbers that were the inspiration for this build. This build
includes a hand made, custom designed by Randy Martin staircase as the focal point. The build
includes a dry heat room, dressing room, shower room, steam room and vanity area. (See above)

Cariker Master Suite ~ Homeowner wanted to take an existing garage and convert it into a quest
and master suite. This build

McQuire House ~ This was a home purchase, the home owner wanted to update and change a
few things. Although we have no before pictures this was an extensive rebuild. From a total
rebuild of the kitchen adding square footage and custom cabinets and a custom oven hood (both
designed and built by Randy Martin), to all new flooring and paint. The owner was quite proud
to display her new home at her open house. (See below)

Nov 2007 began Martin Family Home restoration.
Originally built by the Mallorys' this home is being
remodeling for the next generation. Adding a
coffered ceiling masterbed room, with a totally new
master bath. Updating the kitchen and a new
ceiling in the den. This is a design build so
surprises are around the corner as this project
unfolds.
